Shannon Thomas

Shannon has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since May 2023. Prior to that, she was VP of HR, Total Rewards and HR Operations at The Chemours Company. She has over 20 years’ experience as a versatile and results-oriented global human resources leader in rapidly changing industries.
Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management from Marietta College.
